Make a creamy, tangy sauce perfect for smash burgers, fries, or sandwiches using simple pantry ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, and white vinegar in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt to the mixture.
  3. Whisk all ingredients together until the sauce is completely smooth and uniform in color.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
  5. Taste the sauce after chilling and adjust salt or vinegar if needed.

Notes

  • For a closer Big Mac copycat flavor, add 1 teaspoon of finely minced white onion.
  • If you prefer a spicier sauce, add a dash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
  • This sauce thickens slightly as it chills, improving the texture for spreading.
