Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing if using, 1 tablespoon melted butter, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until the chicken is fully coated.
Slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom layer of rolls.
Sprinkle the Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses over the chicken mixture.
Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer.
Brush the tops of the rolls evenly with the melted butter and garlic powder mixture.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven, slice the sliders apart, and serve warm.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture.
Blue cheese dressing can be substituted for ranch dressing for a different flavor profile.
If you do not have cooked chicken, you can cook 1 pound of raw chicken breasts in the slow cooker with 1/2 cup of water or broth until easily shredded, then mix with the sauce ingredients.
