Ingredients
Scale
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
4 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup diced tomato
2 tablespoons butter or cooking spray
Instructions
If your chicken is not already cooked, cook 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 6 oz) until done. Dice or shred it.
In a small bowl, toss the cooked chicken with half of the ranch dressing.
Lay out the four tortillas. Divide the dressed chicken mixture evenly among the centers of the tortillas.
Top the chicken mixture on each tortilla with crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
Lightly brush the outside of each wrap with melted butter or spray with cooking spray.
Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches).
Air fry at 375F (190C) for 4 to 6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
Slice in half and serve immediately with the remaining ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
For extra crispiness, lightly toast the tortillas in a dry skillet before filling them.
You can use pre-cooked chicken strips or rotisserie chicken to save time.
If you do not have an air fryer, you can grill the wraps in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
