Ingredients
Scale
1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
Add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to the bowl. Toss again until the cauliflower is well coated with the seasonings.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Do not overcrowd the pan.
Roast for 20 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the hot cauliflower.
Return the cauliflower to the oven and roast for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the cauliflower are lightly browned and crispy.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure the cauliflower florets are dry before tossing them with oil.
If you prefer a stronger garlic flavor, you can add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder along with the salt and pepper.
To prevent the cheese from burning, add it only during the last part of the cooking time.
